Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition;

  • All original tags, labels, security seals, and accessories must remain intact;

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging or with equivalent protective packaging;

  • The return must include the order information or proof of purchase.

QYVEN reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Personalized, customized, made-to-order, or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Return Shipping Costs

QYVEN may offer free standard shipping on eligible outgoing orders. However, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, QYVEN will cover the necessary shipping costs to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Alternatively, you may choose to receive the refund as store credit for a future purchase.

Please note that original shipping fees, when applicable, may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error by QYVEN or a defective product.
