4. Orders

QYVEN reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases such as payment issues, stock unavailability, incorrect customer information, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the customer will receive a refund through the original payment method.

QYVEN may offer free standard shipping on eligible orders, as well as paid express shipping options where available.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures, peak periods, or circumstances beyond our control.

QYVEN is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs checks or import procedures;

  • Carrier delays;

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses;

  • Strikes, weather conditions, or force majeure events;

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping costs may apply if an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed;

  • In perfect condition;

  • Returned with original tags, labels, security seals, and accessories;

  • Returned in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method used at checkout, unless the customer chooses store credit where available.

Personalized, customized, made-to-order, or final-sale items cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
